Linux Support Plans
|

Linux Unlimited offers various high quality Support Plans for companies or individuals running various Linux
distributions anywhere in the United States. We have a wide variety of support contracts suitable
for any requirement from a simple 24-incident package through enterprise class support contracts and outsourcing
of server/network administration. Some of these services are offered under our Consulting
plans. Please feel free to contact
us to discuss your requirements and allow us to develop a custom plan for you.
All Technical Support contracts cover the current major release of your
linux distribution and the previous release. We
will assist you in upgrading to the most current version when you sign up for a contract, though the upgrade assistance
itself is NOT part of the initial contract and will be billed hourly. These service contracts are not designed
to cover custom code development, or managing your system for you. If you need any of these services, see our consulting and custom software pages. If your support request
is deemed not to be covered, we will offer per-incident or consulting pricing depending upon what is appropriate.
Determination of what is/is not covered is solely the responsibility of Linux Unlimited, LLC.
Except where otherwise stated, support contracts cover the hours between 08:00am Eastern Standard Time and 06:00pm
EST, Monday to Friday. Other coverage periods, including 24x7 support, are available at additional cost. All contracts
are on an annual basis, or for the specified number of incidents, whichever expires first.
Central Ohio Customers: On-site Support is also available for a modest additional
fee. Be sure to ask your sales representative for details!

Installation Support
All systems purchased from Linux Unlimited include 60 days of installation support, which is defined as support
for any installed hardware-related configuration problem. Once the hardware is functional, Installation Support
is complete.
Per Incident Support
You may also purchase "Per Incident" support, which is priced at $125 per incident.
All "Per Incident" calls are for
a single issue, until it is resolved. "Per Incident" support is
only available to credit card customers, and is subject to availability.
